Individual
Individual coaching is for those who prefer a one on one coaching environment. It is normally done on the phone, however in person is available. I request that my clients agree to make a commitment to coaching in 3 month increments. If you are doing individual coaching, I will call you. All emails that are on tract with coaching are welcome and these are included in your monthly fee. Emails will be answered promptly and at the most within 24 hours.

Tele-Coaching Groups
These groups have between 10-30 participants. Working with groups is different in that
1-3 people will be chosen each week to interact in the coaching session and these people are selected before hand. There will be rotation so that everyone gets several times to speak during each 3 month commitment. With group coaching, a telephone bridge service is utilized and the phone number and pin number is emailed to you prior to the coaching date. You will be responsible for any long distance charges for the coaching calls. All emails that are on tract with coaching are welcome and these are included in your monthly fee. Emails will be answered promptly and at the most within 24 hours.
